This loop takes us into the eastern part of the Ochre Massif. There is little ochre to be found! But you can discover the secret of how it is formed, as well as some other sites of geological interest.
Take in the perched villages, rural scenery and the remains of useful mineral mines - all of which remind us that man's survival has occurred through our inevitable link to Nature and its resources.
