Paul Guiguou, Provençal painter

Paul Guiguou was born in Villars in 1834. Although he lived in Paris, he was one of the most well-known painters to paint Provençal landscapes. The Luberon will always be one of his favourite subjects owing to what he calls its "incomparable light".
