Ochres of Roussillon

The village of Roussillon is built on an ochre mountain. Of course, it drew the color of its houses from the soil. Roussillon is also the birthplace of the ochre industry in the 18th century. Today, visitors flock to walk through its colorful streets and ocher trail, in the heart of the village.
