The Monts de Vaucluse
The “Monts de Vaucluse” are a vast plateau of over 1000 m compact limestone thick, mostly covered by forests. There are numerous underground caves, valleys... It is the southern foothills of the range “Mont Ventoux – Montagne de Lure”, formed such the Luberon by a large anticline fold.
