Borie
A French "borie" (or "borie") is a field hut built from dry stone, in other words, without any binding agent or mortar, following archaic techniques - simplistic and learned. They usually have a rounded shape, with a corbelled arch where the weight of the stones ensured stability. There are several hundred of them lying between the Luberon and Lure.
